Who receives your enquiry?

Milo is a fictional creative character and portfolio by TurnOn Media. The TurnOn Media team receives enquiries at website@turnon.media.

What you share

The form collects your project idea, name and email address. Your selected service and company or brand name are optional. Please avoid including passwords, payment information or sensitive personal details in your message.

How the details are used

The team uses your details to read your idea, reply and follow up on the project. You receive a Milo-branded confirmation email. Replying to that email reaches website@turnon.media. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Where the tab goes

The website and enquiry service run on Vercel. Enquiries are stored in private Vercel storage and emailed through TurnOn Media’s Hostinger mailbox. The private enquiry list is available only to someone with access to that mailbox through a temporary sign-in link. These providers process the details to deliver and operate the service.

Spam checks and browser storage

The form uses an invisible trap field and rate limits to reduce spam. Rate-limit records contain a digest of the connection address or email, rather than the original address, and a count and reset time. The public portfolio uses browser session storage for its opening animation and local browser preferences for its interactive experience. The team inbox uses a secure session cookie after sign-in. No advertising trackers are included in this version.

Keeping and removing an enquiry

Enquiries remain in the team’s private inbox and mailbox for project follow-up. To ask about your information, request a correction, or request removal, email website@turnon.media. The team can remove the stored enquiry and review related mailbox records.
